 Greetings from ICICI Securities Limited!!!.    May the greetings of the festive season continue with you and the team.  Also hoping all is well and the team is safe.

At the outset, we thank you for collaborating with us on the campus drive last year and It  is certainly our pleasure to reach out to you for yet  another campus drive for this year.  We look forward to yet another successful year.

Like last year, the respective Regional HR Team will connect with you on the dates to close the hiring at the earliest basis the requirement of sources which will be assessed on a continuous basis.  We seek your co-operation to close on a mutually convenient date and give us the best possible dates so as to get good quality and number.

The Campus Recruitment process will involve Group Discussion and Personal Interview – all virtually through Teams.

• Relationship Manager for SELECT
• Equity Relationship Manager for  1.  Online Activation Group

2. Equity  Relationship Group
3.                                Digital Investment solution group   

Key Deliverables :

• Providing excellent service to deepen relationships with existing customers
• Cross selling to existing customers and acquire new customers
• Provide equity related support and dealing assistance to clients
• Activation of Non-trader/Stop-trader clients and New HNI customers
• Identify customer requirement & need gaps & work towards bridging them

Important Note :

1. We  reiterate that ICICI Securities reserves the right to place the joinees in any of these business function basis the organization requirement across India.  Students need to be well informed about this.  Students need to be very clearly told that theses role will be sales oriented with focus on relationship.
2. AMFI and IRDA certification is mandatory before joining.

The CTC at Metro locations will be 4.05 lacs per annum and 3.82 lacs per annum at Non Metro locations.  Break up will be included in the presenation.

The Presentation details along with CTC breakup, benefits etc will be shared once we decide to go ahead.  Please do share the same with the students – Finance/Marketing from PGDM/MBA and seek registration from the students.
