As per our discussion, we have open positions (5 nos) for PME which we are looking for fresher candidates.

 

Below would be the process:

  1. First Round – Technical assessment 1:1 (video or F2F)
  2. Second Round – Written tests (Mathematics, Reasoning )
  3. Final Round – HR Interaction

 

Job Profile – Product Management Executive

 

Drive the entire vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and competitive

Conduct market research to identify user need for new products.

Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.

Establish requirements and specifications for new products.

 Clearly communicate vision and goals of new products.

Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products.

Manage cross-functional teams in business, product, design, and engineering.

Develop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements.

Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs 

Manage product launch and stock of products at different locations for initial period.

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CTC :  4.8-5 LPA

 

Location : Pune

  1. Male candidates only
  2. BE (Mechanical / Electronics) +MBA
  3. Bike and driving licence mandatory.
